Basically you want to pick all of these notes really fast, even the ones in hammers and
offs for the most part. its so fast you neednt worry about too much accuracy

OK heres the really fast bit. Basically, more delay for a faster sound but make sure
set to the right tempo else it all sounds rubbish.
No pull offs just pure tremolo picking at a fast-ish pace.
